Included among the most important international nonwoven and technical textile organisations, Techtextil Fair will be held from 11 to 13 June 2013. With ten months still to go, it is expressed that the whole exhibition are has been booked. Special surprises are waiting the firms and participants attending the fair. conducting some academical studies, the fair organizers will also held symposiums where comprehensive textile technologies will be discussed. Symposium, product promotions and field practices are included among important titles. Stating that activities of the fair are important, the Head of Textile and Textile Technologies, Olaf Schmidt expressed that this early occupancy rate is a great success.
Participation Demands Are on Increase
It is stated that some firms want to expand their booths, 10 per cent of the participants is constituted by the firms which either attended the fair in 2011 for the first time or have never attended it. The leading countries to participate in the event are Belgium, China, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan, the Czech Republic and the United States of America. Besides, talks are held continuously for the participation of India, Canada, Russia and the Great Britain which took part in the fair this year. The fair held in 2011 hosted 1200 international participants as well as 25,000 visitors from 96 countries. Managers are striving hard at increasing this participation each year. While the firms attending Techtextil are allowed to display their products, some special product groups including automotive technologies, air bag applications etc. are available in the fair.
Techtextil and Avantex Will Increase Interest
It is announced that two comprehensive symposiums will be held in addition to the products displayed in the fair. The organisation to be held in Messe Frankfurt convention center will be organized under the names of Techtextil and Avantex Symposium. Participants and visitors will present their studies on the latest trends and innovations in the world there. Both symposiums act as a driving force for the sector. Latest innovations, technological developments are addressed in the symposium.
Techtextil symposium is generally focused on new productions and technological developments in the textile. Last trends, finishing practices, developments in the field of nonwoven and technical textile will be addressed in the symposium. Focus points of the event are usability, sustainability and light structures. On the other hand, Techtextil Symposium will address user requirements, nano technology and high performance textile products, sustainable textile technologies, new fibers, use of light textile structures, development of sustainability issue in technical textile, smart textile products and finishing technologies.
Avantex Symposium will be an event where global opinions on the new trends, products and textile materials will be discussed. Focus point of this symposium is usability and protective products. In the Avantex Symposium, protective personnel dresses, smart wear products, functional products, dresses and electronic systems will be discussed.
Texprocess will be held simultaneously
Texprocess will also held concurrently with Techtextil in Frankfurt Convention Center. The fair which covers the textile production and the use of flexible materials is demonstrated as an event where the international trade firms will take part. International textile practices and flexible maerials fair Texprocess will be held from 10 to 13 June 2013. A successful sale process continues for this fair. About 50 % of the whole area has been sold so far.
Texprocess also targets to carry out a successful edition. Firms continue showing interest in the booth sales throughout the year. Participants have already filled about 50 % of the total exhibition area. In the organisation where the sector leaders mainly take part, there will be firms participating in the fair for the first time. Board of Directors Member of Messe Frankfurt Detlef Braun expressed that they would organize Texprocess event in 2013 with the successful edition and carry out activities for new clients in line with the needs of the market.
Cutter Audaces from Bresil, Zünd Systemtechnik from Switzerland and Malkan Makine from Turkey are listed among the new participants of Texprocess fair. In addition to these participants, firms which are successful in the international arena such as Amann, Assyst, Brother, Coats, Dürkopp Adler, Expert Systemtechnik, Ferd, Schmetz, FK Group, Gütermann, Human Solutions, Hornung Indupress, Kaiser Lutra Textilmaschinen, Kansai, KSL, Lectra, Juki, Madeira, Martin Group, Morgan Tecnica, Sunstar, Topcut-Bullmer, Veit, Vibernac, X’ian Typical and ZSK will also be hosted in the fair.
10.500 People Visited in 2011
Firms to take part in Texprocess will firstly present sewing machines in the hall no.6.0. besides, the fair will host special presentations of firms in the fields of finishing and logistic product groups. Cutting machines and sewing machines will also be displayed. Technical textile and nonwoven products will also be included in the fair. Participants who will attend two special organisations will get the chance to be informed about technical textile products, fashion industry, new product groups. Latest technology products will also displayed in the activities where functional wear products will be promoted.
326 participants attended the 2011 edition of the event which has a great impact on the textile market. While about 10,500 people visited the fair, 6,500 people coming to the Techtextil fair to be held simultaneously will also visit Texprocess. The next edition of the fair will be held in Atlanta on the 13-15 May 2014 under the name of Techtextil North America.
