Suessen, Graf, Bräcker and Novibra which operate within the Group will share the latest innovations at ITMA Asia+CITME 2014. In the fair to be held in Shanghai, the so-called capital of Chinese economy, on 16-20 June, PTC Group will take place with 3 brands.
Bräcker
Being the world leader in its own field, Bräcker manufactures high-performance ring traveler, cleaning apparatus, weft bobbin, the apparatus for fixing and removing ring traveler and aprons for ring spinning machines. Exhibiting the latest developments in redORBIT, OPAL®, BERKOL® and TITAN spinning ring to the visitors at ITMA Asia+CITME 2014, Bräcker has drawn a great attention since it introduced TITAN spinning ring to the textile sector. Bräcker will capture attention in the fair with redORBİT, OPAL® spinning ring that it developed for challenging applications. Thanks to its new design, BERKOL®Supergrinder is expected to be the most attractive product of Bräcker with its grinding capacity increased by over 50 %, storage capacity of 500 top rollers per hour and electricity consumption reduced by 30 %.
Graf + Cie AG
Manufacturing metallic card clothing, stationary flats and flexible flat clothing, circular - and top combs for most major producers of carding and combing machines in the sectors of nonwoven and short staple spinning, Graf offers alternative products for its clients. Graf will exhibit ASG, DSW, TSG and Resist-O-Top at ITMA Asia+CITME 2014. The Resist-O-top generation of flexible flat clothing for processing of cotton, man-made -, and regenerated fibres as well as for blends has three models. The Resist-O-top facilitates the extraction of short fibres as well as the elimination of neps owing to its slanted teeth and it stands out with a 130-degree scanning area.
Novibra
Being the sector leader in the spindle technology, Novibra will display NASA HPS 68 in the fair. Ensuring energy saving, minimum vibration, low noise level even at speeds exceeding 25.000 rpm, NASA HPS 68 prevents cross locking of neck bearing and spindle blade during the swing of the flexible pipe found in the bearing and radial movements occurring in the upper parts of the spindle. Therefore, NASA HPS 68 provides remarkable advantages in the high speeds and axial loads.

It will display the latest developments in Elite® CompactSet and HP-GX 3010 at ITMA Asia+CITME 2014. EliTe®CompactSet which is able to manufacture both single and double compact yarns on the ring machines has such advantages as easy and fast installation, lack of individual fan system and pulley-belt-bearing and rotating drive shaft, 30 % energy saving, less need for maintenance and spare parts.
