Stating that they have recently collaborated with Kahramanmaraş and regional industrialists, EFFE Makine Industrial Corporation Partner İhsan Mokanoğlu stated that they will add to the expansion of our area in the KTM2020 Fair in line with the demand lodged from our customers, and they will exhibit the EFFE e-COMPAC Open Width Compacting Machine with E-COMPAC and with our Pasha Ram machine. Mokanoğlu briefly touched on the superior features of the machines designed for the finishing of open-width knitted fabrics for full dimensional fixation and touch gain in international standards.
The machine consists of a feeding frame with centering unit and driven scroll rollers and over feeding rollers, an equalizing pin chain tender frame with overfeed rollers and brush pinning arrangement, wider closing angle between conic & parallel sections, stainless steel chains, effective steam supply with two steaming units, independent driven expander rollers are given as the important parts of the machinery that was underlined by the Mokanoğlu who provides information on the fabric tension through the machine is controlled with the help of sensitive load cells and variable frequency drive with PLC and touch screen. Mokanoğlu has concluded his speech with the following, ‘’The compacting section consists of 2 felt compacting units, each of them consisting of a Nomex felt approx. 21 mm thick, a steam heated chrome-plated rollers of dia. 605 mm and 270 ° fabric roller angle, a rubber covered rollers driven by variable frequency drives a compacting pressure rollers, a felt tensioning rollers and a felt centering rollers. Further, a total fabric contact area of 2828 mm is provided for both rollers in the compactor section.’’
