Unions of Central Anatolian Exporters (OAİB) granted rewards to the successful export companies of 2011 which are included in all sub-sectors of 8 unions within the organization. In the ceremony, the representatives of the firms that performed export most in 2011, that increased their export as per export value compared to the previous year and that exported to most markets received their rewards from the Minister of Economy Zafer Çağlayan. In the ceremony, in addition to the Minister Mr. Çağlayan, the President of the Turkish Assembly of Exporters (TİM) Mehmet Büyükekşi and OAİB Coordinator President Ahmet Karaman gave the rewards to the 120 companies selected.
Zafer Çağlayan who made a speech said that they broke the record of Republic’s history in 2011 and performed an export of 135 billion Dollars, in an environment where the world had significant difficulties. Çağlayan said; “The competition does not end there and Turkey is in the middle of this competition yet. There are significant differences between the Turkey in 1980 when I graduated from the university and started to work in industry and the Turkey today. Since then Turkey’s export, import, tourism income, national income per capita, Gross National Product and direct foreign capital input increased many times more”.
The firms that received the first award under the umbrella of the Union of Machinery and Accessories Exporters in the ceremony were as follows; As Steel Casting in the export of industrial heaters, Altuntaş Air Conditioning in the export of food industry machinery, Export Dies Trade in the export of rolling mills and casting machinery, Kayahan A.Ş. in the export of hydraulic cylinders, tribunes and turbojets, Hidromek Hydraulic in the export of construction and mining machinery, Erhas Foreign Trade in the export of paper and printing machinery, Mikrosan Machinery and Cast Industry in the export of rubber and plastic processing machinery, Bosch Rexroth in the export of pumps and compressors, Ortadoğu Bearing in the export of bearing, Durmazlar Machinery in the export of machine tools, Türk Tractor in the export of agriculture and forestry machinery, Has Foreign Trade in the export of textile and apparel machinery, Bosch A.Ş. in the export of valves, Hema A.Ş. in the export of load lifting, carrying and stowing machinery and again Hema A.Ş. in the export of other machinery.
The reward of Has Foreign Trade, the sales company of Has Group, which received the first reward in the export of textile and apparel machinery in the ceremony, was given the Board Member Ayça Hasbay.
