LYCRA® brand’s owner INVISTA hosted the socks sector for the third time and presented the 2017-2018’s new socks trends and innovations within the scope of global promotion. The new season’s trends and innovations were prepared by an Dutch designing agency Stijinstituut Amsterdam and presented by Jane Gwyther who is the socks marketing manager of INVISTA Europe, Middle East and Africa and by Deniz Pulaş who was a model for long years. Among the new season’s trends there is ‘Athleisure’ trend which provides 24/7 comfort and performance and a new life style of our era.
New socks innovations consist of a portfolio which brings together an energetic aesthetic look and performance, mixes innovations in fiber concept and different styles. At the seminar four different trends of this portfolio were presented.
The Laboratory gives dynamism and energy to the legs. The Beauty Parlour brings the socks forward as luxurious and comfortable elements. The Office adds dynamism to the socks without decreasing the image of corporate life’s classic look. The Wild supports the strong legs that care about the nature.
