Fall Edition of Intertextile Shanghai 2014 International Apparel Fabrics and Accessories Fair to be held for the 20th time in China on 20-23 October will meet the manufacturing firms with the suppliers. Organised by Messe Frankfurt, one of the leading fair companies of the world, the fair will be held in Shanghai World Expo Convention Centre. More than 100 thousand sector representatives are expected to visit the fair which will be held with record attendance with about 3500 participants.
There is an expectation for intense participation of the representatives of the Chinese market for the fair to be held in the Region of Yangtze where textile production reaches the highest volume in China. The pavilions of Salon Europe and Milano Unica which had drawn great interest in the previous fairs will also be present in this fair and the pavilions of France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, England and Turkey will stand out.
Asian Region
This year, the participants from the Asia are supposed to arouse great interest in Intertextile Shanghai. Forums where fashion trends of the upcoming season will be determined will be organised in the Asian Region where participants from the Chinese regions of Shengze, Shishi and Shaoxing and the pavilion of Chinese Fibre Manufacturers’ Association as well as India, South Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan will be available.
In addition to the country pavilions, Cotton Council International, DuPont, Birla Cellulose, Hyosung, Invista, Korean Chemical Fibres Association and Korean Textile Manufacturers Association and Lenzing will open their own booths. The latest fibre and yarn products and technologies will be presented to the interest of the participants and visitors on these booths.
Intertextile Shanghai will open the door of the Asian market
Also standing out in the field of the latest clothing trends this year, Intertextile Shanghai allocated a special place to denim in its edition this year. The latest developments in the washing and abrasion of the denim, new technologies and sustainable applications will be addressed in the fair. Besides, NellyRodi, one of the distinguished trend companies of the world will introduce its recent collections in the field of denim.
