Awareness for Sustainability
Elgar Straub, Director General of the VDMA (German Association of Machinists) Garment and Leather Technology said that the increase awareness about sustainability, the rising cost of production and the importance of time create problems for the producers and added that the demand for new technology has increased as a result of these expectations. Stating that Texprocess undertakes an important mission, Mr. Straub said that "We that the third edition of the fair is very important in order to understand the concept Industry 4.0 including sustainable production processes and digitization.”
