High Speeds and Sensitive Winding on Dye Bobbins
Tolga Baydar who announced that they will exhibit Murata FPRO traversed bobbin machine that provides flexible winding and high speed on dye bobbins with sensitive winding at KTM 2019, stated that; “Murata FPRO traversed bobbin machine which we will present during the exhibition will have knotting solutions for various yarns. We will exhibit every kind of knotting solutions for various yarn types such as disc splicer for lycra core yarn, wet splicer for high speed resistance and air splicer.” while communicating the most discernable advantages of the machines for the yarn mills.
Baydar who added that the high performance and the advantages of Muratec are followed intentionally in Kahramanmaraş for the yarn sector and noted; “Murata bobbin machines are not only leading ones in Kahramanmaraş but also are leading machines in Turkey and worldwide. Our machines are in a leading position in the way they have high speed and performance, consuming low energy, especially in the way the quality of spare parts and machines they have.”
Baydar who also noted that they are carrying the sensitivity of Murata and Japan engineering in service segments; stated that; “We think that our service quality that we offer our clients both in Kahramanmaraş and in Turkey are a proof for the continuity of our clients.”
“We Aim to Increase Our Market Share”
Tolga Baydar who noted that Kahramanmaraş has an important position for İnta Makina and also stated that; “We are expanding our services with our showrooms and offices besides our local repair lab. Furthermore, here we offer suggestions for our clients about settings and spare parts while testing winding of the various yarns.” while announcing local activites in continuity
Consequently, while talking about the sales targets in Turkish market and mentioning about the local targets in Turkey especially for 2020, Baydar stated that; “The quantity of sales was above our expectations for 2019. The positive balance of the textile and yarn sector has a positive impact on on our sales. In 2020, we expect turnover on Vortex sales positively.”
Baydar who also added that they will work on market share increase for the next year and end his speech with the following, “We aim to increase our market share especially with Amsler, Loepfe and Reiners + Fürst in addition to the sales of Murata.”
