
At the fair, which took place in Tüyap Beylikdüzü between 08-11 September, both digital solutions capable of printing on high-output textiles and ink-jet printing machines for specialized designs met their visitors in a total area of 40 thousand square meters fair area and over 3 halls.
At SIGN Istanbul, which opened its doors for the 23rd time, with environmentally friendly digital technologies that consumes less water, electricity and consumables in textile printing were all exhibited together. While stating that the rapid development in digital printing technologies has made a huge difference in the global competition in the textile industry, Tarsus Turkey General Manager Zekeriya Aytemur, “Digital printing and colourant technologies continue to reshape the textile world. At our SIGN Istanbul Fair, which brings together all of the innovations of the sector under its own roof, exhibitors of domestic and world brands exhibit their economical and environmentally friendly digital technologies for textile printing.’’ While stating that they constructed a Promogift Istanbul special section in the Hall 11, for the promotion sector which has a market volume of billions of dollars, at this year's fair, Aytemur publicized information about textile promotional products that will inspire the sector and their exhibits amongst others in this special hall.
Industry Professionals Were Welcomed
Industry professionals from Turkey and abroad who visited SIGN Istanbul 2022 had the opportunity to visit new printing techniques altogether that will inspire the textile industry. At SIGN Istanbul, apart from textile printing, which held for the 23rd time this year, all industrial innovations, from digital printing machines to screen printing machines, from laser machines to LED systems, from industrial advertising products to 3D printing technologies, from visual communication and display equipment to promotional products, were all showcased together.
