Erhardt+Leimer Introduces Its New Sensor at ITMA Milano

Operating in numerous sectors from plastics to weaving and from rubber to felt industry, Erhardt+Leimer will introduce its latest innovations in such areas as web guiding, web tension control, web spreading and tenter infeed and products for the production segments as well as the new sensor it developed at ITMA 2015 to be held in Milano on 12-19 November.

Erhardt+Leimer which ensures with FE drop stitch matrix sensor that it will exhibit at ITMA that the area around the drop stitch of the tubular knitted fabrics is framed has given the sensor the feature of also being used as guiding criterion thanks to the system it developed. With the sensor capable of detecting different double and multiple drop stitches also has the feature of defining the slitting position by positioning the tube material in the same direction with the drop stitch owing to DO 40 command station. Settings in the sensor having a user-friendly design can be adjusted to different drop stitches. Using infrared LED light transmitter, the sensor provides better results compared to white light.
