Chairman of the Board of Dosso Dossi, Hikmet Eraslan says that they will carry into effect two important projects about expanding overseas and diversifying product category in 2018 at the press release they held.

Hikmet Eraslan who says they will organize the same event of Dosso Dossi Fashion Show from 1 to 3 March 2018 in Baku which has identified with Antalya, also says “We took our first steps to globalize at CPM in Moscow and Cat Expo in Almaty in September. We will continue to take our places with these two fairs which we have brought a fresh breath as being Dosso Dossi. We will have an assertive participation with our 30 firms for Cat Expo which will be held from 11 to 13 March 2018 where the half of the fair area is assigned for Dosso Dossi. And we will do our biggest surprise about globalizing with our sister country Azerbaijan. Just before Cat Expo, we will hold the same event of Dosso Dossi Fashion Show in Baku. ‘Dosso Dossi Fashion Show Baku’ will almost be same with the one in Antalya. For the first organization, we will take our 40 firms at woman, man, kid and shoe categories to Baku from Turkey”.

We Have Reached Middle Eastern Market With Kids’ Wear

Eraslan who reminds that Dosso Dossi has focused on woman’s wear from the beginning, underlines that they are taking deep demand from the domestic firms making production at different categories for original models. Eraslan who tells “Of course we couldn’t shut our ears to the demands as being a entrepreneur who loves his country and has a duty of loyalty for his people” maintains as follows; “We took our first step this year to develop our product category strategy with ‘Dosso Dossi Kids’. We gathered the products of sector’s 40 leading firms at kids’ wear with the buyers abroad at our new center in Laleli and via our online wholesale store.  We gathered 15 of the above- mentioned firms with the buyers in Antalya for the first time. As we guesses, kids’ wear created a new attraction area for the buyers in Middle Eastern countries. We caught 100% increase at the number coming from the regional countries. We will add shoes, bags and man’s wear to product category for the organization to be held in June. We are targeting to increase our buyer number to 7 thousand 500 and our annual turnover to 140 million dollars with 40% increase within two years with our new product categories.”

Hikmet Eraslan who tells they will follow a different growth strategy at shoes and bag, states that they will create their own commercial brand with the name ‘Dosso Dossi Shoes’. Eraslan who states that they predict to go retail abroad mainly, gives place to the following words; “Our primary target market will be Russia and the countries of Commonwealth of Independent States. We will enlarge Dosso Dossi Shoes in these countries with the method of franchising. We are targeting to open our first store in 2019 and reach 100 stores within 5 years”.
