Founded in 1982, DMS Dilmenler Machinery Industry, fabric & yarn dyeing and drying, all kinds of textile finishing machines have been operating in production areas for more than 30 years.
DMS Dilmenler Makine General Manager İsmail Şengüler made statements about their participation and product portfolio at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona.
Şengüler stated that DMS Dilmenler Makine textile, dyeing and finishing industry with 37 years of experience in systems and machinery for the needs of the industry and is a manufacturer company also sells them foreign countries significantly as in Turkey and he also stated that the central office was in Istanbul and the production was carried out in Çorlu Tekirdağ with a factory of 110.000 square meters open and 55.000 square meters closed area.
Şengular said that the company's foreign connections are strong and made the statement, “DMS today exports more than 70 percent of its production to the world market, including Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Iran, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, China, Russia, England, India, Portugal, Israel, Egypt, Syria, the United States, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, Pakistan, Greece, Colombia, Poland, Brazil, Guatemala and other countries through the service of local agents.”
He said, “The DMS vision is based on a strong business partnership with fast customer-oriented solutions. The strong partner is not only to provide high quality and state-of-the-art equipment at a reasonable price, but also to assist our customers in every process, to help the dye house and finishing process problems.” and continues, “Thanks to DMS, R & D projects, existing products are modernized and new painting technologies are intended to be developed. In addition to its R & D projects, DMS, which operates with a mesh fabric dyeing capacity of 30 tons per day, also provides all kinds of technical support and consultancy services for developing existing machines, reducing customer production costs and energy saving.”
İsmail Şengüler stated that DMS Dilmenler Makine is the first and only Turkish company to participate in ITMA fairs without interruption since 1995 and said, “ITMA has been a very important platform for us to introduce ourselves and our country and to meet the expectations of our customers. For this reason, we are attending this fair with a consciousness and awareness consciousness which is increasing in every period and with a larger stand area.”
Şengüler also spoke about the machinery and technological innovations that the company will exhibit at ITMA 2019 fair. He said, “We are attending ITMA this year with a stand of 300 square meters.” and he listed the machines to be exhibited:
“DMS 22 DIL-TENTER Ram, we put 1 cabin and complete entrance part into the this machine. The Ram machine will offer the first version of the new model ram to its customers with its new cabins, which have been renewed, offering improved air circulation and maintenance / cleaning advantages. In addition, it will be possible to achieve maximum tightening and drying performance with the new design fabric tightening kerchief.
DMS 11 DIL-DYE 400 Kg HT Jumbo Fabric Dyeing Machine: Fabric dyeing machine equipped with a number of new systems developed for painting with 25-30 Lt water and to ensure this result.
DMS 04 DIL-YARN 400 Kg Yarn Dyeing Machine: The last point of the dye technology will be exhibited.
DMS 41 DIL-WASH Woven Fabric Washing machine (one cabinet): The washing machine used for the washing of textile and home textile fabrics will be presented at the fair as a new product.
MBK Rotary printing machine: 3-head printing platform, the end point in rotary printing will be met with the whole world.”
Şengüler stated that these machines in the latest version and model of Dilmenler will be presented to the world together with ITMA and will show how important steps the company has taken in the finishing touch and he continued to provide information about the innovations:
“One of the most important innovations is ‘MBK Printing Machine’. Dilmenler has been manufacturing equipment for drying and fixing for many years. For the first time, Dilmenler will be presenting to the whole world the printing machine with its partner, Austrian MBK company, as well as the manufacturer of complete printing technologies.”
He also said, “TMA 2019 will also be a very important introduction platform for us to present all these mentioned innovations to our Turkish customers in detail. Because as a domestic manufacturer, the shortest and most accurate way to meet with the most local users has always been the ITMA fairs.”
Şengüler also spoke about ITMA 2019 fair expectations and how the company expects benefits from the ITMA in reaching the market targets. “We consider ITMA as a very important platform for the promotion of the world in terms of identifying ourselves to the world and identifying where we are in other European and Asian rivals and making presentations to the customer.”
“We see it as a very important step for establishing the necessary links with customers from the markets that we have not yet reached or want to strengthen, and for creating a positive perception of existing markets.” and continued, “In addition to domestic manufacturers like us, ITMA refers to us it is a very important organization that we have established the close ties with our existing and potential customers in Turkey. Anyone with a sector perception waits and follows this fair. We use ITMA fairs as a step to reach the maximum number of people as manufacturer companies.”
Şengüler emphasized that they participated in ITMA in 2015 and stated that the fair was also highly productive for them. And said, “ITMA 2015 was very important to meet with many new customers from different parts of the world and to know our presence in the existing markets. For Turkey’s place in the world textile market, this fair was an important recovery period. As a company, we had important contacts and links to register the growth trend. It appears that the result has been achieved and many interviews were concluded after the ITMA 2015 and the necessary marketing and promotional activities were carried out successfully. In this last 4 years, our market share has continued to increase both as a market and as an important producer.”
