13th of Congress of Retail Leaders in which about 120 brand representatives from Turkey attended was held in Venice. The congress that is held in different cities of the world each year, gathered chairmen of the boards, CEOs and firm owners which direct Turkish retail in its 13th year.
Anna Fendi, one of second representatives of Fendi brand who was the guest of the special session of Congress of Retail Leaders managed by Sinan Öncel, President of the United Brands Association (BMD) told the things she did to be a global fashion brand and her experiences.
Fashion designer and entrepreneur who is one of the creators of Fendi- one of leading brands of luxurious Italian brands- who emphasizes uniting under the roof of ‘Made in Italy’ gained them many things, called on Turkish brands to unite. Fendi who states fashion is not a thing to hand but occur from the sensation, gives place to the following explanations; “Hardship helps success. Creativeness doesn’t have age. While you are doing your job, your target must be beauty. Beautiful always wins and gets ahead. I know the team work is a must for the success in fashion as it is same in any work. We gained many things by uniting under the roof of ‘Made in Italy’. Gathering is an exalter for brands. My recommend for you to unite for ‘Made in Turkey’. As much as I see here, you have an important feature, you have already united.”
