’'Bringing the most important textile technology manufacturers of Turkey and the world to the homeland of textiles, with its eight edition in Kahramanmaraş, KTM 2021 will again take place in its own premises at Kahramanmaraş Fair Center (KAFUM)’’ said, ECR Exhibition Board Member Mr. Ümit Vural while giving data about the past KTM, ‘’In last edition held on 2020, within the scope of necessary measures taken about the pandemic, hygiene and with the implementation of social distance, the fair was a point of huge interest both for the exhibitors and for visitors. Despite the cancellation of flights and related restrictions, some of the international exhibitors either could not take part in the fair of achieved their visits under the guidance of their Turkish offices-agencies and with an info stand. Although there was a drop in terms of fair participation in comparison to past editions, as it was held a year prior, we could still observe successful one due to the trade volume and the positive results reflected in participant business meetings. Various visitors coming from different parts of Turkey and from world regions signified the importance of KTM fairs as a big meeting spot. Rising demand to our fair from local and international companies was also welcoming for us.’’
While pointing out the importance of KTM 2021 as it stands not only an important one for its region but also for the rest of the world, Ümit Vural emphasized its uniqueness as a business spot since the fair compiling all attention of industry executives as well as industry personnel and as it is the one of the rare locations where every stakeholder come together and said, ‘’Due to the rising fair costs overseas, and due to the loss value in TL associated with the challenging pandemic, it will be matchless opportunity for industry personnel, said KTM fairs whom could not have an opportunity to realize fair visits.''
Underlining the concept of the fair, the International KTM 2021 Fair, that will bring together the important shareholders of the industry, Vural reminded about its timetable since it will take place simultaneously with the International Textile Summit (UTZ) hosted by the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KMTSO), and mentioned about the advantage of B2B meetings, multitude of presentation opportunities and machinery displays all will be available for various visitors and participants and in this way, as it expected to give way to future business opportunities.
