Offering innovation solutions to the sector in the field of textile finishing, Benninger AG will participate in ITMA Asia 2014 to be held in China on 16-20 June. The company will display TRIKOFLEX washing unit which stands out with its saving capacity and Küsters DyePad Basic dye pad which can dye different types of fabrics at ITMA Asia which is one of the leading fairs of the sector.
Despite intense efforts of the finishing machinery designers, dyeing and finishing machines still need large amounts of water and energy consumption. Benninger developed the finishing process which can enable saving in the water and energy consumption in addition to continuous processing and put it into practice. This process reduces carbon dioxide emissions by two thirds during dyeing. Benninger’s TRIKOFLEX and Benninger-Küsters DyePad washing and dyeing units stand out as the most developed ones of such applications.
TRIKOFLEX Enables Saving
Guaranteeing low tension in the knitted, pile and woven, TRIKOFLEX system targets to bring new standards to the textile sector. Benninger TRIKOFLEX functions with high washing efficiency despite low water consumption. Newly developed Benninger TRIKOFLEX wash boxes ensure that single and two-sided elastic and breaking-sensitive woven fabrics are treated properly under low tension.
DyePad Basic Dye Pad
Küsters DyePad Basic can dye different types of fabrics that are of high quality and can be re-manufactured with its deflection-controlled cylinder technology. Owing to the different settings of two S-Roll cylinders, users can reach high production flexibility. Different fabric designs, absorbency tension, weft distortion and humidity need a high variety of all possible settings of the liquor application.
