Beneks Makine, which has made a name for itself with its innovative technologies in the field of textile finishing and dyeing and continues to produce with its experience of more than 30 years, will exhibit its energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions at the International Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Fair KTM 2020.
Beneks Makine Export Manager Emre Seçkiner, who shared information about the technologies they will exhibit at the fair as well as the R&D studies they carried out as a company, emphasized that sustainable processes in the field of dyeing and finishing have become more important today. Seçkiner made the following statements about his work on this subject; “As Beneks, we carry out most of our R&D studies in line with water and energy saving. Energy costs now constitute a large part of the total cost. It belongs to our patent firms in dyeing processes that we have offered even the world's most water-efficient dyeing machines on the market manufactured in Turkey. In addition to this, adding to stenter and dryer machines currently used by our customers, we are increasing the production capacities of the enterprises by minimizing the energy consumption with the machines that we call Kurutmaban, Fularban and Apreban that work in synchronization with these machines.
Eco-Compact HT Fabric Dyeing Machine Stands Out With Its Savings
Saying that they will come to the fore with energy saving solutions at the International Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Fair KTM 2020, Seçkiner said, “We will participate in KTM 2020 with our new type Eco-Compact HT fabric dyeing machine and double padded balloon squeezing machine. Our Eco-Compact HT fabric dyeing machine stands out with less water and energy consumption compared to other machines.’’
Machine Production in European Quality
Beneks, focusing on the thirty years of experience in machinery manufacturing, aiming to reach world markets. “Turkish machines have now become a brand in the world” said Emre Seçkiner and noted that they can reach same quality as the European counterparts in manufacturing machines.
