Textile world which is including Groz-Beckert company, gathered at Barcelona for ITMA 2019 exhibition and Groz-Beckert demonstrated its various innovations. Groz-Beckert’s stand hosted the visitors with a digital presentation using augmented reality to demonstrate the product and service qualities which are made remarkably with a fully innovated cabin concept.
New Stand Concept
Groz-Beckert showcased its services in every six segment such as Groz-Beckert Academy and Development Centre (TEZ) which are named as “Innovation Centre”. This Innovation Centre, with its demonstration area including every product segment, gathered the brand new innovations in various company areas.
Groz-Beckert’s new campaigne, had a shared theme in the whole stand both in visuality and content. There were many films and animated clips to showcase various motives. The selfie station which was in the end of the tunnel area of the stand had a funny impact. This turned the customers to a part of the exhibition, not only conducting the new campaign in a creative way.
Groz-Beckert Academy
The education program of the academy, reflected the Groz-Beckert’s sharing of information, and the loyalty of practical speciality and sharing engineering construction. Training sessions reflected application and theory regarding technical process in a deep way of understanding. Groz-Beckert Academy, created a chance to expand digitally and internationally to supply accessibility separately location and language and to present its offers much more easily and and fast.
Technology Development Centre (TEZ)

Knitting
Knitting segment has various product innovations in the store. This area, starts with SAN SF special application needle which has been used with full-scale circular knitting machines. These needle types are designed especially for the knitting of the spun fibre yarns. The needle geometry, is designed with a closed needle handle and cylinder walls with a support bulge. The needles in this design, is an effective combination to prevent yarn excess and fibre abrasion.
Groz-Beckert showed its power as a system supplier in the knitting area. The users of augmented reality, examined the acrylic models of the warp knitting machine to see how different system components works together. The visitors could swing through the free warp knitting components and the general schemes of 3D models of warp knitting process.
Weaving
Weawing product area presented the brand new machine WarpMasterPlus to visitors. With WarpMasterPlus’ modules design consisting of Needle, pipe, edges, vertical wires and yarn module, the machine supplies optimum flexibility with maximum performance. This new generation machine provides the optimum productivity. For example, it is possible to have looms over four meters of weaving width.

Felting
Felting areawas including Groz-Beckert’s demanded products: Customer orientated product tagging. Carding
Carding segment, which is the brand new segment of Groz-Beckert, showcased various product innovations at ITMA.
