International technology group, Andritz, will exhibit its complete product range of nonwoven lines at ITMA Asia. Andritz which will share its latest innovations with the visitors in the fair to be held on 16-20 June offers customised solutions for its clients in the fields of spun lace, needle punch and wet laid production. The machines for which Andritz will exhibit the latest innovations are as follows:
A30
Conducting successful Works in the field of nonwoven, Andritz developed A30 – with the maximum energy efficiency – at the end of its research on spunlace. Specifically developed for aXcess range, A30 offers economic and reliable performance for medium level enterprises. With a punching speed up to 1200 rpm, A30 stands out by providing the opportunity of conducting trials with the newly developed products.
A50
Thanks to the needle punch technology that Andritz developed, the fiber consumption is minimised by integrating Dynamiccrosslapper and NeXline into A50 needleloom. In this way, the technical textiles produced yield better product quality. Combining the bonding and finishing technologies with the technology of neXline, Andritz performs dosage-adjusted drying and process control with the tandem calender owing to this new technology.
TeXcalTrike
Another product that Andritz will introduce to the visitors at ITMA Asia is TeXcalTrike. The product contains steel heated on the specifically shaped roll, XproRoll, S-Roll and 3-roll calender. This system provides ease of process at one or two nip production points. When the vertical roll arrangement is compared to the Standard 3-roll calender, teXcalTrike minimises the stitch loss.
