To two conference of which first one was held in Hanoi on July 5 and the second one was held in Ho Chi Minh by VDMA Textile Machinery Association themed “German technology is meeting up Vietnam Textile”, about 600 decision makers and specialists attended. Besides, 200 students were given a training seminar in HCMC Technology University (HCMUT) on July 8
VDMA member 24 company which are expert in their fields from the countries like Vietnam, Germany, France, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Turkey gave information about their technologies including spinning, knitting, weaving, nonwoven, dyeing and finishing. High efficiency, sustainability, new textile applications, quality improvements and Industrie 4.0 were the leading subjects during the conferences.
VDMA Textile Machinery Association General Director Thomas Waldman, said “Due to Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) Treaty signed recently, Vietnam has become a textile manufacturing location preferred by worldwide companies. VDMA conferences in Vietnam were promising as well.”
Within the scope of the event, Vietnamese textile manufacturers had the chance of learning about the latest solutions by worldwide popular textile machinery and accessory manufacturers sych as Andritz Asselin-Thibeau, Brückner, Erhardt+Leimer, Fong’s Europe, Groz-Beckert, Has Group, Heusch, Mahlo, Mayer & Cie., Karl Mayer, Memminger-Iro, A. Monforts, Oerlikon Barmag, Reiners+Fürst, Reseda Binder, Saurer Accotex, Saurer Texparts, Setex, Textechno, Thies, Trützschler, Welker Spintech and Xetma Vollenweider.
Has Group Has Also Taken Part at the VDMA Conference
Has Group from Turkey participated to the conference held in Vietnam as speaker. Bahadır Küpeli, Vice General Director for Marketing, who participated to the conference in the name of Has Group, being the first Turkish member firm of VDMA, shared a presentation in which the latest innovations were told about “Saving with Environment Protection Technologies”.
