After German Machinery Manufacturers’ Union (VDMA), The Union of French Textile Machinery Manufacturers (UCMTF) which is the roof organization of French textile machinery manufacturers that is one of the world’s biggest textile machinery manufacturers, brought together textile machinery manufacturer member firms with Iranian manufacturers with the seminars organized in Iran. For the symposiums which were carried out in the cities where textile developed such as Tehran, Yezd, Esfahan and Kerman, Iran Textile Association and Iran the Chamber of Trade gave support.
For B2B meetings which were organized parallel with the seminars in which new manufacture Technologies and last processed at textile sector were mentioned, Iranian textile manufacturers showed great interest. NSC Schlumberger which carries on business at long fiber spinning lines manufacture, Laroche which carries on business at nonwoven and recycling field, Superba which manufactures carpets and Aesa which gives service at aeronautical engineering of textile facilities field met with the interest of Iranian manufacturers.
Sanctions have been got loose
In the opening speech of seminars made in Tehran, Raeis Zadeh who is the General Manager of the Union of Iran Textile Firms stated that country has difficult days as a result of the economic sanctions applied on Iran and French government and firms gave significant supports during this process. Zadeh, saying that Iran would start to get famous after a little while in international textile sector with the loosening of sanctions, added his words that the most important problem right now was the money transfer. Zadeg who especially stated that Iran had an important position at carpet sector, also said that Iran needed new Technologies to reach its targets.
