Founded in 2007 with the cooperation of the European Union, the Ministry of Economy and Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters’ Associations (İTKİB) General Secretariat, İMA is one of the world-wide acclaimed, most proficient fashion schools in Turkey, offering an innovative and modern education in the field of fashion and all relevant branches. İMA's goal: which pursues the goal of training fashion professionals of the future, possessing an in-depth insight in fashion, design and arts as well as an awareness of the global markets and to introduce a creative, innovative and future-steering workforce in the fields of textiles and apparel, two pivotal industries in Turkey.
İMA adopting the systems and structures of internationally proven success is a member of the International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes (IFFTI). Talk Mode Is Starting
Talk Mode seminars which are carried out in cooperation with İstanbul Moda Academy and Fashion Designers Association, that is capable of keeping professionals and students updated with the latest informations of the sector, where design process and brandings are discussed in various topics is starting.
At the presentations which the prominent names in the fashion world such as Özlem Kaya, Simay Bülbül, Mehtap Elaidi, Tuvana Büyükçınar Demir everything related to fashion will be included. According to the Talk Mode Seminar program which will be held in cooperation between İMA and MTD, presentations will be made on March 27 Özlem Kaya "Fashion Designer and Brand Cooperation", on April 10 Simay Bülbül "Leather's Place in Fashion", on April 24 Mehtap Elaidi "Story Of A Designer Brand Abroad", on May 8 Tuvana Büyükçınar Demir "Design At The Organization Sector and Customization Parameters".
