Uludağ Textile Exporters' Association (UTIB) has been organizing the "Home Textile Design Contest" for 11 years. The designs created under the sponsorship of textile companies in Bursa, which has proceeded to the finals in the competition, which provides training and mentorship to support the competitors in many different areas, are exhibited in domestic and international fairs.
Birce Avcu (a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University Fashion Clothing Design) awarded to the title with her collection named “On The Road” who inspired by the theme of being on the road and Buse Sözen (Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Textile and Fashion Design Student) was the runner-up with her collection inspired by the pollution that has emerged in recent years in Marmara Sea called ‘’Anthropocene Marmara’’ and finally, Pelin Aykar (A graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Textile and Fashion Design), was given third rank with her collection named “Entropy’’ who inspired by the disorder in chaotic order. Skyland HOM, with its drawings and sample fabrics depicting their projects, was presented to the visitors on the ground floor.
