Textile Machine and Accessory Industrialist Association (TEMSAD), organised the workshop on the purpose of increasing the Turkish machine Export with in the scope of the cooperation with the America Textile Machine Producers Association (ATMA) in the textile central of the USA, Sharlott, between the dates of 12-16 October .The activitiy was organised in Charlotte, Gaston College Kimbrell Campus. These are; Asteks-Muhammet Cevat Oktan who produce the Turkish textile machine and spare part, Beneks - Hüseyin Birben, Demsan - Ahmet Demirci, Dilmenler - İsmail Şengüler, Ekoteks - Mehmet Nalbant, Güven Çelik - Ahmet Kartoğlu, Hemaks - Erhan Helvacıkara, Metsa - Ersel Çoban, Serteks - Cevat Karagören.
The head of ATMA, Clay D. Tyeryar , who spokes opening of meeting, said that; “TEMSAD and ATMA have a powerful cooperation for many years. TEMSAD’s support and warm relationship in the commercial collaboration between the ATMA members and Turkey are remained in the forefront of us. We thank to Turkish participants who comes to visit us and wants to associate with us. We expect to proceed our warm relationship and meet again with visitors in ITMA.”
We Bring Synergy Before ITMA
Than TEMSAD consultant, Richard Salvatore, hold the floor and he informed about TEMSAD and its actions. He also emphasized that; TEMSAD is in cooperation agreement with 16 country. Salvatore indicated that America, ATMA, is one of the aforesaid countries and he said” in accordance with this agreement regarding the request of this two association, we want to organize the workshop as TEMSAD. Turkey attend with more than 130 participant to ITMA and this situation awakened The American Industrialist’s interest. In this direction, we aim that, gather to bring synergy with the American and Turkish textile machine producers before ITMA. He’d like to point out that we are very pleased to be here and this cooperation.”.
Participants indicated that; the event was a successful and grateful and our collaboration will continue and so it shall be. All Visitors who participate to Workshop, found an opportunity to make short presentation about themselves and their machines. The firm trip was organized by ATMA-determined at the second and third day of meeting.
Synergized For The Future
According to the research result, the USA is the second largest customer of the World textile machine export. Besides, it is known that the USA made sizable investments. The American industrialists prefer high technological machines, high technical textile machines and machines with high added value. The Turkish textile mechanics have an opportunity to get closely acquainted with the American industrialist.
