German laundry and textile cleaning technology is keeping on growth with Industrie 4.0 which is the driving power of the sector. VDMA Textile Machinery Association members who participated to Texcare International Fair that was held in Frankfurt from 11 to 15 June 2016 and gained a positive speed to the sector, drew great interest with the technologies it exhibited. Machinery manufacturers who exhibited their innovations about Industrie 4.0 and digitalization applications which were the most important agenda topics, shared their practices they developed to reduce Industrie 4.0 to the individual user at textile maintenance sector.
German manufacturers who have recorded considerable increase in their sales in last 2 years, revealed the effects of this success during the fair. According to the statements made by VDMA, as German manufacturers in laundry and textile cleaning industry had a 17% of increase compared to the results of previous year with the orders came in 2014, it caught 34% of increase in the sales. In addition to this, in 2015, as well as the increasing sales at 5.5% when compared to the previous year, export occurred 2.4% of increase in 2015. Export rate which was realized as 404 million Euro in 2014, raised to 414 million Euro in 2015. In the first 4 months period of 2016, as it enlarged its order incomes and sales 2,8% when compared to previous year, it obtained a 11.6% of increase in its sales incomes.
