French Textile Machine Manufacturers Union (UCMTF) has experienced a successful edition in India ITME fair with its members. Among French manufacturers who attended in the fair, there were NSC Fibre to Yarn, Laroche, Staubli, Alliance Machines Textiles, Callebaut de Blicquy (CDB), Rousselet Robatel, Dollfus & Muller, AESA Air Engineering. UCMTF which associate with India follows the necessities of Indian textile businessman closely. UCMTF President Bruno Ameline expressed that they cooperate with the support of technology enhancement fund. Ameline who says that they direct modernization studies of Indian customers with the support got from specially made fund has remarked that they would organize seminars similar to the ones in 2007 and 2010. Ameline stated that an informing meeting would be organized in Mumbai in 2013.
General Secretary of UCMTF, Evelyne Cholet who has made a statement in India ITME fair has emphasized that their cooperation with Indian manufacturers would continue. Cholet said that they would continue to provide solution to customers with long term plans. French mechanics who have an important market share in Indian market meet the demands of manufacturers particularly in terms of jacquard. Manufacturers have also found opportunity to introduce their latest technologies both for jacquard machines technology and long fibre yarn industry in India ITME fair.
Among other technologies introduced by French mechanics to Indian manufacturers in the fair, there were twisting and weaving technologies, dyeing, technical textile manufacturing machines. One of the subjects particularly emphasized by French is innovations in the field of recycling. Recycling which began to be an important consumer demand in India insures taking steps of machine manufacturers about this matter more quickly.
