A new Turkish Trade Center (TTM) planned to be established in Russia in cooperation with textiles, apparel and leather sectors. Project meeting held for TTM (Turkish Trade Center) planned to be established in Russia, which is one of the important target markets for our country is held in Izmir as hosted by Exporters' Association of Aegean Leather and Products and Mustafa Şenocak, Chairman of Istanbul Leather and Leather Products Exporters Association, Erkan Zandar, Vice Chairman of Exporters' Association of Aegean Leather and Leather Products as well as sector representatives and related companies attend the meeting. During the meeting where sector representatives come together, Erkan Zandar, Vice Chairman of Exporters' Association of Aegean Leather and Leather Products, suggests the Turkish Trade Center is planned to be established in Moscow after the US, Dubai and Iran and this project will acquire an important mission in reaching the targeted export numbers.
"For exploration purposes, we visited the shopping mall where the TTM (Turkish Trade Center) is planned to be opened, twice and we found that the size of the store is net 34 thousand square meter and exhibition space is sufficient. In other words, companies wishing to join TTM will receive 75% government support following the completion of their pre-applications and the approval of the Ministry for it is included in the target country category. I would also like to mention that not only in Moscow but also in Dubai, Iran and the US, which are currently active, there are also investment opportunities for companies that want to take part in TTMs", says Mustafa Şenocak, Chairman of Istanbul Exporters' Association of Leather and Leather Products. In addition to exhibiting the products of TTM, it is also aimed to contribute to foreign trade with the fairs to be organised.
