Aegan Exporters Associations and BASIFED ( Western Anatolian Industrialist Businessmen Association) established Export Academy to increase the amount of export.

Export Academy is Established

Turkey Exporters Assembly President Ismail Gülle, who participated in the first period, declared that the aim is to get a share at least 1,5 percent of Turkey's exports in the world, and this target for 2023 started today and said they were aiming out to 120 in 2023. Gülle, also said; “I congratulate Aegean Exporters' Associations and BASİFED for these efforts. We wish to repeat the export training programs of the Export Academy and to help SMEs to gain an identity.”

Aegean Region gains 1350 new exporters in 2018

Jak Eskinazi, the Head of the Union Coordinator of the Aegean Region, stated that the Aegean Region gained 1350 new exporters in 2018; and also noted that the digit of the exporting companies reached 7 thousand. Eskinazi, stated that; “We wish to increase these numbers with the Export Academy Project. As we have always been expressed, Turkey needs to increase its production and exports, as we need to increase growth and prosperity. It means that it should export at least 50 percent of its production at its factory. "

Interest on Export Academy was Satisfying

BASIFED Chairman of the Board Seda Kaya Ösen said, “One of the main tools of economic development is to export products. We have implemented the Export Academy Training Program in cooperation with Aegean Exporters Unions to let the companies know themselves, know where they are, and what they can accomplish. We are very pleased with the interest in starting the program.”
