The Spanish company Jeanologia that focuses on guiding the denim industry in its transformation to efficiency and sustainability, revealed its digital jeans simulator Quantum; a new dimension in denim finishing, at the Denim Premiere Vision Event.
The digital jeans simulator Quantum, teleports virtual washes, and links the brand design studio with the production centers on the other side of the world. Quantum can send up to 100 virtual finishes per day, thus, shortening the cycle from the creative product conception to manufacturing in more than 8 weeks. Quantum solves the traditional problem of disconnection between the design centers and the remote factories located many miles away.
Quantum, Achieves A New Breakthrough In The Jeanswear World
Quantum is based on a new software, more powerful marking algorithms, and virtual imaging with a very intuitive and easy to use interface. In her assessments regarding the topic, Carmen Silla, Jeanologia Marketing Manager quoted as follows; “Quantum places the Brand Designer back in the center of the entire development process. Quantum is very simple to use. The system has been specially created for those designers who are still using analog methods and traditional protocols, as well as to ease the work of manufacturing companies and factories that so much contribute to the world of Denim with their everyday work. Quantum is the new tool devoted to Jeanologia “Design Digital Washing Revolution” where creativity, efficiency, and time-to-market are the main components.
During the last decade, Jeanologia has led this jeans design transformation by pushing from an analog, water wasting, and human hazardous finishing industry, towards a 100% digital, sustainable, and technologically intensive one.
