A Different Approach to Denim
Speaking about the new collection they will exhibit, Tricia Carey, Lenzing’s Business Development Director for Lenzing says “Offering new sustainable ideas for the denim market requires cooperation during the whole supply chain including clothe processing. Lenzing made cooperation with Jeanologia, global leader of the sustainable clothe finishing technologies, in order to create freshness of the collection in the classical products. Indigo fabrics woven with two-coloured yarns manufactured out of TENCEL® fibre proved that they are the perfect canvass for the latest finishing technologies and that they obtained the optimal aesthetic appearance”.
Enrique Silla, one of the founders of Jeanologia, said that they made a new collection by combining fibre and finishing technologies for the textile sector which has a constant search for innovation and added “We are proud of creating such an innovative collection as a result of our cooperation with Lenzing of about 20 years”.
