DeFacto which was founded by Ozan Group in 2003 and reached 1 billion dollar growth in 10 years opened two stores in Tbilisi by adding Georgia among the countries it gives service. DeFacto raised its country number to 9 and overseas store number to 35 with Georgia.
Out investments are going on
In his statement on the subject, the President of DeFacto Retail Group; Ihsan Ateş said that they believed that Turkey would be successful at Georgian markets as they were successful in other countries. Ateş maintained his word as follows: ‘’Georgia is an important and developing market for retail textile sector. And as being Defacto we are planning to maintain out investments at an equal rate at this market which we entered by opening two stores together. We will keep on focusing on especially Commonwealth of Independent States and Middle East and Northern Africa regions’’.
