Established in 2003 and determined its motto as '' The leading brand of Mediterranean Fashion in the world and Turkey.'', DeFacto continues to increase its investments with its casual products that appeal to everyone, its wide range of clothes and accessories, four thousand employees in 190 stores and 117,000 square foot store space.
DeFacto opened two stores in the same day in two different cities of Kazakhstan and therefore it has 13 stores abroad now. Its stores are designed with the concept of ''Mediterranean'' as simple and spacious styles.
Having 6 stores in Kazakhstan, 4 stores in Iraq, 2 stores in Egypt, DeFacto plans to increase its foreign investments in Middle East, Turkic Republics and in the Balkan Peninsula, in particular, in 2014. To this end, the firm is looking for venue for these stores and taking firm steps towards becoming a global brand.

All Products Undergo Tests
Believing that customer satisfaction relies on staff satisfaction and happiness, DeFacto launched Happiness Management Project in April 2011. Encompassing the staff of headquarter and the stores, this project brought ‘’The Most Successful Human Resources Application’’ award to the company in Retail Sun Awards 2011. The company determines its collection in the design offices found in Turkey and Spain.
DeFacto works with manufacturers from all over the world in compliance with ethical values, environment friendliness and quality-fair price policy and carries out physical tests in its own laboratory in addition to a series of quality tests applied to all of its products both at its own laboratory and independent laboratories. Chemical tests are also applied to all classes of the collection and DeFacto has these tests controlled by internationally accredited laboratories. The firm offers the products which have undergone all these processes to its customers.
