4th Global Fashion Awards organized by WGSN which is web fashion portal determining global fashion trends, found their owners in London. After the award ceremony, the cocktail which was sponsored by Damat Tween became the focus point of world-famous names.
WGSN, which was established as trend forecasting institute for fashion and design industry in 1998, shapes the fashion world with its design team working in Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East.
In the 4th Global Fashion Awards ceremony known as the Oscar of fashion, where the designers of the future are determined, the winners were selected by votes of jury consisting of famous professionals of fashion world in international arena, among which Orka Holding Board Chairman Süleyman Orakçıoğlu also attended.
At the gala dinner which was held in Raphael Gallery in Victoria & Albert Museum, Christopher Bailey was awarded with the lifetime achievement award, Erdem was awarded in the field of the best women's clothing while Oliver Spencer received the award in the field of menswear and Nicholas Kirkwood was awarded in the fields of accessories and footwear.
Famous Figures of the Cocktail
After the award ceremony bringing together the world's stylish names, a cocktail filled with surprises was organized in Dome under the sponsorship of Damat Tween, which is metropolitan, creative and dynamic men's fashion brand determining the "Accessible luxury" concept with the gold balance between design and engineering. During the party, images of fashion shows of the brand were showed on LED displays, the logo of Damat Tween was projected by laser on the walls of museum, and dozens of dummies were also exhibited in the hall with the combinations of Damat Tween.
The world famous names such as Amber Le Bon, Laura Whitmore, Gwendoline Christie who is known from the series Games of Thrones, and Brix Smith-Start attended the party where famous DJ Jeffrey Louis-Reed played the songs.
