Altınyıldız, one of the leading companies in the textile sector operating under the roof of Boyner Group, will gain a new momentum to its globalization vision with the agreement achieved with Bahariye Mensucat. With the agreement covering all fabric production and sales processes, Altınyıldız will further solidify its position with Bahariye Mensucat's production processes, customer portfolio and wide export network.
Altınyıldız will also reach a total fabric sales volume of 6 million meters with the sale of 1 million meters of additional fabric in the first year. With this increase, a huge leap in exports is expected.

While giving speech on Altınyıldız and Bahariye Mensucat cooperation, Boyner Group Board of Chairman and CEO’s Cem Boyner said, “Joining our forces with a well-established and respected organization in the sector such as Bahariye Mensucat will make a great contribution to Altınyıldız in capturing a more bigger market share and regarded position in Turkey and especially in international arena. Altınyıldız CEO’s Yavuz Sökün stated that the new cooperation that will be formed with Altınyıldız’s acquisition of Bahariye under its own umbrella will reveal a new term in the textile sector and said, “Altınyıldız is one of the leading companies that carry Turkey’s textile power to the whole world through exports. We are one of the trustworthy exporters in our country. Our company has an annual export figure of 35 million dollars. We will gain a momentum in exports with the Bahariye Brand, one of the strongest players in the sector.”

Bahariye Mensucat Board of Chairman Ahmet Topbaş said the following; “We serve international markets with our 74 years of deep knowledge and experience and quality products. It is a source of pride for us that an innovative, visionary and well-established organization like Altınyıldız will carry the story of Bahariye Mensucat even further.”
Altınyıldız, which continues its activities in integrated production facilities consisting of 125 thousand square meters of open space and 62 thousand square meters of closed area in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, made an investment of approximately 5 million dollars in 2024. Altınyıldız aims to make further investment of 5 million dollars as well in 2025.
Bahariye Mensucat, which has a well-established track record of 74 years, exports a large portion of its production output mainly to European countries.
