Denizli has experienced $650 million textile and apparel exports within the first six months since the city has known as one of the leading hubs in home textiles in Turkey
With the protocol signed between ready-wear, textile, leather industrialists and the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the departments of textile and leather has reached of 92% occupancy rate during the 2019 selection period
“Textile industry is no doubt the flagship of our group,” said Iskur Group Chairman A. Kadir Kurtul and continued his remarks, ‘ Overall aim is not to be preferred but to be inescapable.”
According to the European Union's official statistics agency Eurostat’s latest data, in 2018 Turkey was the 3rd country about the biggest textile products imported by the EU.
Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KMTSO) President Serdar Zabun, noted that KTM exhibitions are very important organisations for our business world.
Mayor Güngör stated that while sharing the importance of the fair, ‘I think that the textile sector representatives will make good use of this opportunity and participate in growing numbers to the fair.”
ECR Exhibition has received financial grant from the KOSGEB for the organization of Kahramanmaras Textile Machinery Exhibition take place between 26-28 September.
